Mentors/Mentees
WHY DO WE HAVE A MENTOR PROGRAM?
Our mentor/mentee program is a great way to meet other girls throughout WIB, share advice, and make amazing connections! Below is the link to submit info from your meeting to earn your 2 mentor/mentee program points for the semester.

Second Meetup - Career Prep Workshop: Due April 30th
Purpose:
This is a great way for mentors and mentees to exchange thoughts and ideas on how to prepare for future interviews and create a resume that will stand out! Also, this is an excellent opportunity for mentors and mentees to exchange career goals and practice interviewing for their dream job!
AGENDA
-
Take your resume to the next level by sharing constructive feedback on each other's resumes and/or getting them reviewed at Career Services!
-
Once you feel confident in your resume, then mentors and mentees can practice a mock interview by asking each mock interview questions linked below
-
Suggestions: Mentors should be the ones being interviewed first and coach their mentees through their process of being interviewed. Then interview their mentee so they can practice applying what they learned and feel comfortable!
Objectives:
-
Receive suggestions to feel confident about your resume
-
Gain at least one takeaway to feel more confident and prepared for future interviews
-
Both mentors and mentees can learn from each other's past interview experiences and responses to feel confident in future interviews!
