Gwen Bojan

President

She is responsible for the entire organization and executive board. She ensures the legacy and growth on campus and within the community! Gwen works to establish WIB’s development within the College of Business and the University as a whole! Gwen is a Senior, Honors International Business Major.

Lily Carpenter

Vice President Of Finance

She is responsible for performing a financial analysis of WIB while also managing all relating finances. Lily is a sophomore majoring in Finance!

Kelsey Hutchison

Director of Social Media

Kelsey is responsible for updating and maintaining WIB's social accounts. Shes responsible for posting relevant information and updates in regards to meetings and events.

Mia Ferrias

Director of Social Events

She is responsible for planning and organizing engaging social activities for members throughout the semester. She ensures events are welcoming and encouraging for members to build new friendships and strengthen connections. Mia is majoring in Marketing with a sequence in IMC and a minor in organizational leadership.

Angelina Cacucciolo

Director of Operations

Angelina is a junior legal studies major with a minor in economics. She coordinates with VP of Recruitment to come up with ideas and order raffle baskets, gift bags, and women crush Wednesday baggies. She also takes on senior management duties such as coordinating events and ordering stoles.

Ryane Harris

Vice President

Ryane helps lead and grow WIB by managing the executive board, supporting the president with events and initiatives, and overseeing planning, communication, and professional development opportunities. She is a junior double majoring in Business Administration and Marketing.

Camilla Blacha

Vice President Of Marketing

She is responsible for WIB’s overall marketing strategy, organization merchandise and planning of Marketing Week. Additionally, she also manages the Directors of Social Media, Media Relations and Video Operations. Camilla is a Senior majoring in Marketing with a sequence in IMC.

Janelle Rivas

Director of Media Relations

Janelle is responsible for photographing WIB events, creating marketing content, and keeping the WIB website up to date with the organization's latest activities. She is majoring in Marketing with a sequence in Advanced Marketing Analytics and a minor in Economics.

Brittany Horton

Director of Service Events

She is responsible for coordinating all service projects and volunteer opportunities for all WIB members to build a sense of community. Brittany is currently a Junior majoring in Marketing.

Zoe Adams

Director of DEI

She plans and organizes new member meetings, fosters an inclusive environment, and supports DEI initiatives. Zoe also assists the Vice President of Recruitment with recruitment, event coordination, and member recognition. She is a junior majoring in Financial Accounting.

Ava Hadfield

Vice President of Recruitment

She is responsible for coordinating and hosting all WIB week recruitment events for potential new members! She is currently a senior majoring in marketing.

Marin Shane

Vice President of Development

She is responsible for planning and executing each general member meeting. Communicating with professionals to ensure smooth flow of meetings and be the liaison for women in business. Marin is a Junior majoring in IMC and double minoring in Organizational Leadership and Entrepreneurship.

Anna Czosnyka

Director of Video Operations

Anna is a sophomore majoring in Marketing. She is responsible for filming, editing, and planning content with the marketing team to create professional, engaging media. She also collaborates with the marketing department to increase engagement and strengthen WIB’s brand presence.

Camryn Lawson

Director of Fundraising

Camryn plans three small fundraisers and one large fundraising event each semester to engage students and support the organization. She is majoring in Business Management and Entrepreneurship with a minor in Marketing.

Ellie Schaffer

Vice President Of

Administration

She is responsible for carrying out all of the administrative duties for the organization, such as booking rooms, maintaining the calendar, and sending out weekly emails! Ellie is a Sophomore with a major in Business Administration.

Gabriela Veliz

VP of Corporate Relations

In this role, she is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners while looking for new sponsorship opportunities for WIB. Gabriela is also responsible for planning corporate sponsor events each semester!

Director of External Affairs

She is responsible for aiding in workshops and general meetings. She also focuses on communications within other registered student organizations and WIB alumni. Sophia is a sophomore majoring in integrated marketing communications.

Raegan Webb

Director of Membership

She is responsible for maintaining attendance, the points system, and mentor and mentee pairings for all WIB members. She is a Sophomore majoring in Accountancy Information Systems.
