Abby Vandiver
President
She is responsible for the entire organization and executive board! She ensures the legacy and growth on campus and within the community. Abby works to ensure WIB’s development within the College of Business and the University as a whole! As a Junior, she is a Business Education Major.
Abigail Kaszynski
Vice President Of Marketing
She is responsible for the overall marketing plan for Women in Business as well as managing the Directors of Social Media, Media Relations, and Video Operations! Abigail is a Junior with a major in Marketing-IMC and Entrepreneurial and Small Business Management
Patty Andrade
Director of Operations
She is responsible for aiding in the recruitment process, events, and recognizing members within the organization. Patty is a Junior with a major in Marketing Integrated Marketing Communications and Advanced Marketing Analytics
Avery McKune
Vice President Of Administration
She is responsible for carrying out all of the administrative duties for the organization, such as booking rooms, maintaining the calendar, and sending out weekly emails! Avery is a Senior with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Organizational Leadership.

Alison Walsh
She is responsible for fostering a culture of inclusion and empowerment for all members. Her role involves implementing principles of diversity, equity and inclusion in all aspects of the organization. Alison is a Senior with a major in Business Management with a sequence in Organizational Leadership and a Minor in Spanish

Director of Fundraising
She is responsible for connecting with more WIB members by planning a fun and successful large fundraiser where all members feel welcome! Ellie is a Freshman with a major in Business Administration.

She is responsible for aiding in workshops and general meetings, maintaining communication with our alumni, while also assisting the VP of Development.
Ava is a Junior majoring in Marketing.
She is responsible for creating the WIB apparel including the member shirts and the merch store. Emily is a Sophomore with a major in Finance and Marketing
She is responsible for maintaining the organization's website along with communications to external organizations, as well as WIB's photographer. Hailey is a Freshman with a major in Marketing-IMC.

Women in Business holds its executive board to high standards in order to maintain the legacy of Women in Business and ensure the continued growth of the organization. Each member of the executive board is selected based on skills, dedication, and passion for Women in Business.
Fall 2026 Director Applications will open at the end of semester.
