PROFESSIONALISM ALWAYS
Dress codes are essential for creating a professional work environment, and WIB is no exception. WIB follows three main types of dress codes: Smart Casual, Business Casual, & Business Professional. Read below to learn more about what they mean.
SMART CASUAL
Smart Casual is essentially a less formal version of business casual which includes
non-ripped jeans, nicer sweaters, button-ups, clean sneakers, dress shoe khakis, etc.
BUSINESS CASUAL
Business Casual is what all general members and Executive Board will be required to wear to all meetings unless stated otherwise. Business Casual consists of colorful blazers, dress pants, blouses and closed toe flats.
BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL
Business Professional consists of matching sets, usually navy blue or black, close-toe flats or heels, or a below-the-knee professional dress.
