We had a few of Groupons team members come in to speak about the importance of emotional intelligence and how it is a skill that should be constantly worked on, as it is used every day. The speakers include Emma Horath (right), who was the pervious VP of Development, President and a 'founding father' of Women in business. Becky Jaynes (middle-right) was the pervious VP of recruitment for Women in Business and currently works at Groupon in Talent Development. Paige (middle-left) has been with Groupon for a few years and in that time has flourished into a young successful professional. Maytal Maor (left) is a recruiter for Groupon and has only been with the company for a short time, but had a lot of wisdom to share with our members. It was such a pleasure to hear these women speak and welcome out alumni back to their home! |
